Born in Wakefield Yorkshire, England, Fred Judge moved to 1066 Country, close to The former Battle Of Hastings, in Sussex. His career took off, when he aquired, Booker’s Photo Company. Fred Judge FRPS. Born in Wakefield Yorkshire. From 1903, together with brother Thomas Winn, they began producing Postcards. The business took off from 1906, when they installed developing print machine. It enabled them to, number their postcard output. Fast forward to 1927, when the beautiful italianate factory was built, a decade before Mandelsson created The De La Warr Pavillion closeby, at Bexhill-On-Sea. B&W Postcards range from 50-31,782 (includes Sepia type versions). The later 4 colour series runs from C1-C29312 and beyond.
