Vintage Postcard from Collectable publisher T.V.A.P. Oxford, used and franked postmark, dating from 1960’s, ring stamp cancellation, over Queen Elizabeth II stamp, sent to Mr Mrs Brown 7 Channel View Bexhill On Sea, Slight left top cnr usage.
