Published by John Henry Clarke (160-1923), born in England, then moved to Winnipeg then Selkirk in 1903. Took part with some Manitobians in the Klondike Gold Rush.Died of pnuemonia at Winnepeg General Hospital. Mailed from Carman in 1907, to Charles Anstee Foll, Chalgrave Manor Dunstable Bedfordshire. Has a 1907 Carman stamping cancellation and a Duplex franking, over a two cents red Canada stamp.
